Dear Palm Garden Family, Friends, and Loved Ones,
We want to share some information to help keep you informed:
Visitation to Palm Garden centers remains restricted.
We will do all laundry during our visitor restriction. Family and friends may call the center and arrange safe transfer of clothing. We will label it, wash and deliver to your loved one.
We have restricted visitation. This includes our beauticians. We will continue to provide showers and wash hair and even do our best to style!
Entertainers are restricted from visiting our center. We have special programs in place and have increased activities to keep our guests and residents active and engaged in meaningful activity.
We continue to have no reported cases of Coronavirus (COVID-19) and continue to closely monitor our guests, residents, team members, and health care professionals for signs and symptoms of COVID-19. We continue to monitor all new guidance from our national, state and local leaders including all CDC Guidelines. We will adjust our plan according to latest developments.
What can you do?
Communicate. We encourage you to call our center. We can put you in touch with your loved one and answer any questions you might have. Call volume has increased, so if you don’t get through use our service: (888) 967-6508. One of us will return your call and arrange communication. We’ve also made Skype available.
A list of our local center phone numbers will follow this post along with Skype instructions.
We want to thank you again for partnering with us to protect our guests, residents and team members from exposure to COVID-19.

The smiles of the staff and their “you can do it attitude” is contagious. Each physical therapist is hands-on, eyes on, and spot on with their residents. After the first round of exercises,… Read more »

The benefits of loving others only get more impressive as we examine them more closely. Typically, individual well-being is assessed in terms of how well we’re doing physically, intellectually, emotionally, spiritually and socially. Oxytocin is a hormone released when we touch someone we care about. (It’s also a factor in our connection with animal companions). So, the… Read more »
